Homework and Stairs

One day this past week, Colsen was working on his Gopher Buddy homework and Caroline wanted to be right there next to big brother!  It was so cute to see that I had to get a few pictures.
Colsen working hard on his homework and Caroline right by his side!

I love that Colsen is putting a marker behind his ear.

Working hard!

Caroline is a champ at going up the stairs and now she is learning how to go down.
Being so careful...

Aggie Photo Shoot and a Few More

Last Saturday, I wanted to get a few pictures of Colsen and Caroline in their Aggie clothes.  Colsen was a champ!!  He was so good and always ready with a smile!  Caroline, not so much.  She preferred to be little miss independent.  I had to catch her when she wasn't looking.  Christmas card pictures could be a little tricky this year.
Such a cutie!!  So handsome!!

Colsen is trying to keep from moving and you can tell she hates that.

Little Miss Aggie!

This was the best one of Colsen and Caroline together.
After church on Sunday, Caroline looked so cute in her dress that I wanted to get a picture.  She is tired and ready for a nap and after these pictures were taken that's what she did.

Hello....

Short conversation.

Knightsfest

So sorry it has taken me so long to post this.  I haven't been feeling very well but I'm much better now!  Last Friday after school Colsen school had a carnival called Knightsfest!  They had all kinds of games, including a cake walk, face painting and lots of fun food.  Colsen favorite area was the inflatables.  That's where we spent the whole time.  He had so much fun playing with his best buddies at school Caleb and Luke.  In the pictures below you can tell from the smile on Colsen's face how much fun he had.  Enjoy the pictures!

Climbing up the slide

Colsen and his buddy Luke are ready to slide down.

Whee......

Let's do that again...

Little Miss enjoying some water.  She is at the stage where when she is out of her stroller all we do is chase her around.

Colsen has gotten so good with me taking pictures that he smiled as he was coming down slide.  He had such a fun day!!

I think this little girl is ready to go home.

Love this little face!

Nursery Rhyme Olympics

Friday was a very busy day in the Braden house!  The TK(Transitional Kindergarten) classes at Colsen's school had a Nursery Rhyme Olympics.  It was so cute.  There were eight different activities/games that corresponded with a different Nursery Rhyme.  The teacher's did an amazing job of planning and the kids had a fabulous time!  Caroline and I only got to see half of the activities because it was time for Caroline to go to school but the ones we saw were so cute!

The kids came out carrying torches and chanting:
Hip, Hip Hooray!  We Love J.K.!!

Colsen' class waiting to start.

Jack be Nimble-Colsen jumping over the Candlestick.

Running back to get in line.

I can't remember which Nursery Rhyme this activity went with.

Colsen had so much fun and did a great job keeping the ball between his legs while jumping.

Another Nursery Rhyme that I can't remember but Colsen and his buddy Luke had so much fun running with the hula hoop.

It was so much fun watching Colsen having a blast!! We are really loving his new school!!

Bring a Bear to School

This past Friday, Caroline was asked to bring in a bear for show and tell.  I tried to get a cute picture of her and her bear but,  she wanted nothing to do with the bear.  She also isn't too thrilled about sitting still.   Here are a few pictures I did manage to take.

Sitting so pretty!  Wanted nothing to do with holding the bear.

Why are you giving me this bear to hold?
